LZECU has made things so easy for me and my family with all of our accounts. Anytime I have had an issue or question, someone promptly answers the phone and gets everything handled for me. Since we have been working remotely over the last year and a half, I have been able to rely on everyone at the credit union to help me and make things so easy to take care of which is a huge blessing since I live so far away. I was able to get accounts open for all of our kiddos without having to drive up to the credit union to fill out paperwork. Charlie was awesome getting the kids accounts set up so quickly and with ease. Everyone there is eager to help and is a pleasure to speak to. I have been with LZECU for 11 years and have never had an unpleasant experience.
I recently got a new truck, and unfortunately didn't think about Lubrizol Credit Union. My colleague ask me, "Hey did you finance through Lubrizol Credit Union?" I thought to myself, wait what, omg why I didn't call them. Immediately, I called and set up an appointment and was referred to Mrs. Emma. She took care of me and helped me refinance my truck. The refinancing made my note cheaper than the note before. The process was so smooth, I literally will never get another vehicle without coming here again. Waiting between four to five hours at a dealership just to get "taken to the cleaners" is not cool. My first experience dealing with Lubrizol Credit Union was perfect. The staff welcomed me in with open arms and got me right where I needed to be. Soon I will go back to get another vehicle through Lubrizol Credit Union and I would like to say thank you so much for your help. You are the best!
I’ve been a member of Lubrizol Employees’ Credit Union credit union for 20-years. Their tellers are outstanding! Charlie and Hedda are very helpful and willing to do whatever is needed to provide an excellent member experience. They greet me by name, have my account pulled up and are always ready to assist with a friendly smile. This summer, I mentioned to Charlie that I was having a hard time finding a fly-swatter. Well, on my next visit to the credit union she had 2 fly-swatters for me! This is an example of how she treats the members of the Credit Union – meeting needs whatever they are.
I have been a member of the credit union since 1992. In that long time my wife and I have many memories of positive, helpful experiences. Personal service, attention to detail, and an ever-increasing range of quality products are several reasons we find great value in being members of The Lubrizol Employees TX Credit Union.
